The process is simple – Firstly, Rowan will meet you onsite to discuss ideas. He will provide you with a detailed quotation and an initial sketch of the design. Your quotation will include material types and any additional options discussed. Once you are happy with the quotation and would like to “go ahead” with the job, your plans will be drafted ready for council approval. Prior to sending in your application to council, we arrange for the design to be structurally certified by our preferred engineer and certified by our preferred private building surveyor. Once these steps are complete, your application will be lodged with your local council, ready for approval.
